The Bayelsa state police command has imposed dusk to down curfew as tensions heightened following the Supreme Court judgment on the state governorship election.
The curfew would last for three consecutive days.
This is coming as APC supporters in the state took to the streets to show their anger over the judgment.
The Apex Court had on Thursday nullified the election of the APC candidate David Lyon and his running mate.
Independent National Electoral Commission INEC had already issued certificate of return to the PDP candidate Senator Douye Diri and declared him winner of the election.
